Cinque Terre

Along the stretch of Ligurian coast from west to east, or from Genoa to La Spezia, meet the five famous villages: Monterosso, Vernazza, Corniglia, Manarola and Riomaggiore.
A jagged coastline of the Riviera di Levante, a hilly and rugged terrain, softened by terraces, the land descends to dive into the sea and the small villages full of flavors and traditions.
Tourists fall for the “five lands”, either because they are drawn to it for classic seaside tourism or for wine tourism based on the typical local products. The many vineyards that carpet the hills produce sweet and velvety wines, like the famous dessert wine Sciacchetrà, and the fish is always fresh and tasty.
Only by walking along the paths among the Mediterranean plants does the visitor realize what these five fishing villages clinging to the cliffs overlooking small bays really are.
